"Excellent customer service at the Orlando Colonial Ave and Sanford Rinehart Road locations. Of the 8 or more trips in the last couple years I have never had a bad representative and usually leave with better than expected results. It is a 2 hour trip for me to get to the closest one on Colonial but worth the time. Last trip Kenny let me return a product that was my mistake, well beyond the return policy date, set me up with one that will work, (even mailing it to me no charge has my size was not in stock) and worked with me patiently to set me up with a jacket that fit my needs and stayed in my budget. If I were to ever get a customer service person I was not happy with I would just ask to work with someone else because they are always well staffed. I doubt I will ever have the need to do that though."

I went to Orlando's CycleGear, in order to have the jacket exchanged by a bigger one, which I did without any trouble. When I got back in Brazil, I realized that the price on the label was $69 bucks!!!
